"You need to get out." "What?"
That was the exchange between an employee and me in the ladies restroom right before closing time today. My kid had lost a baby tooth and was in the bathroom with blood pouring out of her mouth. I was so surprised that someone who actually works at the store would say that to a customer. After indicating to the fairly clueless employee that this was a medical emergency, I went straight for the cash register to make my purchase and let the store manager know what had happened. He apologized for employee's conduct and told me he'd speak to her regarding it.
I love Marshalls. They have good prices and alot of everything. The cashier was very friendly when i was there yesterday. They are remodeling right now so the racks are quit full!
Missy the cashier was very nice she took time to ask me if I'd like to have a charge told me that specials on why I should have one. I still refuse to charge and again missy said we would love to have you with our family so in the future if you decide you're more than welcome.
It's a great place. Wonderful sales associates who are very eager and kind to help you. Great prices, wonderful quality. Had a great experience. Awesome store
First time in a while since added in HomeGoods. More selection on items for the home. More pictures and furniture but prices seemed steep for this type store.
