Very unhappy with this place i will not ever shop here again.
Store has issues with sales clerks.
As long as you know what you are looking for and don't mind searching for a sales clerk to ring you out, this department store is okay. The store could use a remodel....looks like it hasn't been done in at least 20 years. Filthy restrooms and messy fixtures.
My experience with this store is extremely positive because of the employees. They are pleasant and helpful-they try to help with the best coupon for your purchase. Compared to other chain stores I find the customer service at Bon Ton the best.
Good deals if you have the time to look! Super rude staff though, so not worth it to me.
