If you can find something on sale it's not too bad otherwise some of the prices are more then I'm willing to shell out. I enjoy the selection. They have a huge selection of formal dress wear, bathing suits, and intimates. Parking garage is attached. Usually prefer to park on upper level. Less crowded.
No customer service in store or on phone. Don't purchase gifts that your reciever may want to exchange. They won't return or exchange anything bought over 30 days earlier even though posted return policy says you need one of the following: Original receipt, gift receipt, or return sticker label...Customer service rep on phone said to take item to UPS store and they would return it to store for you...he had no idea what he was talking about and kept leaving to go ask questions. Two e-mails to customer service for a response also went unanswered. Will not shop at Macy's Westmoreland again...had been a customer for over 30 years.
Shopped at Macy's Greensburg,PA this evening....7 - 8 PM. I had difficulty finding anyone to help in several departments. I did purchase a pair of boots in the Backstage. Both the young man and young lady we're totally unfriendly and rude. Sorry to say tonight was not a good experience at Macy's. ☹️
Stood in the watch section for about 20 mins waiting for an employee to help me with picking up a watch I already decided I want. This is even after multiple employees continued to talk to each other and not offer to help. Will not return and will take my money elsewhere.
