After going to 2 other places, and receiving less that stellar help, we went into Petco expecting more of the same.
How great it was to be pleasantly surprised! The young lady who helped us was new, but did great!! She was helpful and pleasant, she sold the place for us. This is the only place we will go from now on.
The customer service here is excellent! We bought a crate for our adopted dog while we were working through her separation anxiety. Not two days after I bought the thing (which was about $100), she had chewed the little holes in the sides into one big hole. We couldn't leave her alone in that thing anymore but we also couldn't drop another hundred on a new crate. Petco happily replaced the crate for us so we could start over with some new strategies. They also have a super selection of food and supplies that you can't get at other pet stores (like Merrick's dog food, which is very high quality).
Was there for about 30-45 mins. The lady there cleaning the small animal cages couldn't have been any more helpful. We asked to see the guniea pigs and had numerous questions answered about them. She even went as far as printing us a care sheet for guniea pigs. Great service and I would recommend all the time. Amy if you are reading this YOU ROCK!
