I've been to multiple chick-fil-a. I've always been treated professionally. Food is always good. I recommend you get the cheese dipping sauce. Not all of the stores label them on their menu but it's worth getting. Had someone tell me about it and now I get it every time I go to one.
When I complained I was informed the Grill Team doesnt know what Gluten is. Which I know to be a Lie because my husband worked Grill. They Were TRAINED in the different Allergens.
Maybe in the future they should make sure that they Check that when the Person SAYS THEY HAVE A GLUTEN ALLERGY.. Also Train their current grill team to deal with allergens better.

I ordered a Grilled GF chicken Deluxe meal. Because I have a Gluten Allergen. I was given an Original Deluxe.

I have gone hear multiple times before. Hell my husband and brother use to work there. Well my latest visit.. SUCKED.
I wish I had taken a closer look at the name tags to say thank you properly but the staff here was very friendly. The woman walking the tables had an inviting smile. And despite having a ridiculous drive thru line (as to be expected because it's chick-fil-a "good food fast, not fast food") the staff seemed on top of things.
The Only Saving Grace was the manager on duty. Who even though I was fuming and Swearing (Sorry Guys really I just off a 10 hour shift and was Starving) She calmed me and corrected the Order.
