Great place to live! Been here for 11 years and never had any problems
Kids are out of control Noisy at night. Not good for older adults.
Some lots kept nice, some are horrible. Obviously no rule enforcement here.
Lived here until I was 14, and my gram still lives here. Since they are under new management the lot rent has become outrageously expensive. Not a whole lot of attractions out that way either. No park, no stores, not a whole lot.
Roads not maintained well, owner/management not accommodating
