It's near impossible to get ahold of your actual caseworker, they take forever to mail you anything and require you to bring in packets on information within 2 days by the time you receive the papers you need. Absolutely rude people, always very short and abrupt, judgmental and oftentimes they don't even get things done unless you call and heckle them.
Gave me egregiously wrong information. Waited for weeks for correspondence that would never come. A waste of taxpayer dollars.
It's very hard to get a hold of someone there. Someone should be answering the phone at all times. 2-3 business day call wait and sometimes no call back.
