Other than that, it's a typical home Depot experience, including the high-pressure 3rd party salesman trying to sell split-system heat pumps, who didn't listen after I told him I was renting and not interested. The Home Depot employees themselves we're friendly and helpful though.
The younger generation are always in a hurry they want things yesterday.

Did an on line purchase and picked up at store. It took about 10 minutes to bring my purchase up to the service desk where pickup is located. All employees were friendly and efficient.
I'm an older person and they always show respect.
Went to Lo's and Home Depot today. Home depot was more than happy to color match a deck stain for me. The guy and lady I seen before I went to Lo's said if they couldn't help me come back. The guy at the other place wasn't helpful. Home Depot gets my business.
They weren't particularly clean either.
Bathrooms in this Home Depot are on the far right hand side of the store, past the lumber, rather than at the back like most locations.
The way they have the store set up, even their own employees can't find stuff even after looking it up in their own system.
I have been to this store often. I find helpful staff at the register and in the lanes. I did have to wait until a very nice man helped pick up heavy containers and he put them into my trunk . He refused to take a tip for a soda pop . Said it wasn't necessary just doing his job
