Worse experience this time than with the company when in Florida. Furniture not delivered on time because of the truck breaking down, then the best they could do was two days later. When they did bring the items, they forgot to bring the chair. They didn't deliver the chair for two more days. Once I set everything up, one of the lamps didn't work. So now the lamps had to be replafed when the chair was delivered. I called multiple times about receiving a bill and I was told not to worry about it because nothing was due at the time. I receive a phone call today saying I'm late on my payment and was supposed to pay upon delivery. Very poor service and communication. Highly unlikely to ever use this company again. They did adjust the price, but now I'm waiting for the next issue.
Nice people they will work with you
This is a place that you will get ripped off. They offer low end furniture to the not so fortunate at an affordable price. However you end up paying double what you would pay for a good set if you just saved & played cash. If you want to make it worth goi g there ask them to see there used stuff. Other than that I do not recommend this store to anyone.
It's a decent store. The customer service is pretty good and the selection isn't bad either.
Well, just tried to call the store for the 4th time today. No answer. Purchased a sofa on a 120 day same as cash negotiated at $600 total... still have not received the paperwork... the day that it was to be delivered I was told the latest they could come was 6pm. I left work early to meet them there when they told me they could not meet me there at 6:30 because they close shortly after. They did not arrive until an hour and a half later. I received no follow up or thank you call for the purchase. I finally received my first call a few days ago, conveniently because my payment is due... And now in trying to call them back to see if I can possibly pay over the phone. No one is apparently there to answer.
