I was pleased with the staff as they were very cordial in my check up. I was told that I would have to come back another day for a cleaning. I was told I had to have multiple fillings due to a dry mouth condition. I was told it would take 3 visits including my teeth cleaning. What I wasn't too happy about was the fact that the office manager asked for all co- payments on all procedures in advance. I asked if all procedures were being billed on the same day, I was told no.. I asked them why was I not going to be billed through my insurance and told individually per service day what my insurance pays and what was my responsibility?? Because she said " I'm telling you now!" And you need to pay in advance to hold your reservation with our dentist. I never heard of such crap! And I'm pretty sure it's illegal. What if I decide after the initial visit,I'm unhappy with their care? Or the way the dentist filled my teeth? I guess your told sorry Charlie, you paid us in advance.. not to worry, I will contact my insurance company and see if they approve of billing for service not done in advance..
I been to a few dentists around here since I was young. I had a horrible experience when I was young, so they scared me. I went to Aspen Dental and I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't care that I haven't been to a dentist. They told me exactly what needed to be done and the price I was going pay. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. After just moving , we were having a hard time finding a dentist . In fact , we had just wasted a lot of money on a dentist, who after we had explained what we needed done... and had accepted payment for X-rays... said that he didn't do those procedures .
I have not been to a dentist in sometime (about 10+years.) So I was thinking it was going to be a BIG bill, but Aspen Dental has coupons! Free x-rays and exam and also a 20% off ur total, the 20% off is good for 6 months. All the staff was so nice and friendly. I had such a great experience, if u need to see a dentist, go check them out!
They explained everything , and gave us a written quote. They got our business.
We decided to try Aspen dental. What a pleasant surprise!!! They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.They did not charge for the initial exam, or the X-rays.

My teeth were cleaned with utensils, no cleaning chemicals were used to wash my mouth during cleaning. You whash dishes with soap, clean clothes with dish detergent, but you just clean my teeth with nothing. The lady that was cleaning my teeth was quick---20 minutes, and I was out...Turns out she was rushing to clean her daughter's teeth. I know how my teeth should be cleaned...but this was daylight robbery..I need my money back.
