If I could rate it zero I would. After an hour wait decided they could not do a tow unreliable
I called Napa auto parts for a part I needed and it was $219, I took my vehicle to Alwine for repairs and they charged me $396 for the part plus labor. I don't mind allowing someone to make a profit on a part, but I have an issue with charging 100% profit plus a ridiculous amount of labor on top of it!
I found this place on Google while looking for a reputable mechanic to bring my car to, as the last 3 places I had tried had given me incorrect diagnosises and tried to over charge

I was so relieved to find this place after going to some really awful (Campbell's Tire) mechanics. Rick is certified and very trust worthy.
me. Long story short, I will never use another mechanic. If there is one word that describes this place best, it's HONEST. The whole staff, from the tow truck driver to the owner, are kind and helpful. I gladly make the 45 minute drive anytime I need anything and have never been disappointed with their work.
