Quick and easy with low rates. I did not have them pick me up since my son lives nearby. I would rent there again.
Friendly customer service and fast rental process. Cars are well maintained. Rent here as a state employee and they are knowledgeable of the State rental process as well.
The customer service reps are great and very helpful. My complaint is not receiving a full tank of gas and the cleanliness of the vehicle that I picked up, the carpet was dirty both in the front and in the back storage area. Other than that I would recommend Enterprise for their rates and selection of vehicles.
The customer service was fantastic. The vehicle that I received was clean and well-maintained. I picked up the car on Christmas Eve morning and was very happy that they were open. I would definitely recommend Enterprise, and this location in particular.
The car was perfect, the travel back and forth was sublime. The problem I have is the bill, I was quoted a nice total of 96$ before insurance which was 25$ when my bill came it was 175 how the hell does that add up? I love your services but that is crazy!
