My first trip to Smail. Was treated like a member of the family. Jorelei Payne was the nicest sales person I ever met. Have been buying cars for 50 years and never had sales and managers treat me like there best friend. I'm very critical of everything and will blast anyone that doesn't meet my expectations. Can't say anything bad about the dealership and there workers. Sold me a car, and that isn't easy to do. Management went way out of there way to answer all my questions and then some. I service all my cars for the last 50 years and I am very knowledgeable of cars. Have dealt with the service department for parts and information for years and was very pleased with there help. Absolutely no pressure sales. I walk out of a dealer that tries to pressure me. very relaxing atmosphere. Will be buying my next Mercedes here and will look up ( Jory ).
It is never fun to have to get your Mercedes repaired and in this case, my E55 needed a lot of attention. This 5 Star review was well deserved.
