Always support the local merchants!! This shop is awesome and went way out of their way for me in replacing my boot heels and toes. They contacted the boot company, had the products shipping and didn't charge me a dime to replace them. Company didn't charge either!! They could have tried to force me into buying NEW boots from them but knew I wanted to keep my current ones. Thanks you Bob!! All the staff is awesome!!

I'm all for supporting small local businesses, but in this case, drive the extra distance into Pittsburgh. The owner is rude, sexist, and acts like he doesn't want bothered. He will try to sell you a bike that doesn't fit you because it's last year's model that he wants to get rid of. The only place you're allowed to take bikes for a "test ride" is in a circle around the small parking lot.
Bought bikes for the whole family. Seth was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. Great experience overall!
